Returns Policy

1. UK Customers – 14 Day Cooling Off
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their rug.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (including any certificates or documentation).

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

2. International Returns
We accept international returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Condition of Returned Rugs
Due to the delicate and high-value nature of silk rugs:

  • Rugs must not show any signs of use, wear, damage, stains, or odours.

  • Returns that are not in a resaleable condition may be refused or subject to a deduction from the refund.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Under UK consumer law, faulty goods may be eligible for:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Full or partial refund

We will cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty items.

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (including Klarna or similar payment providers where applicable).

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
